Wal-Mart Wrongfully Terminated Worker Store #2615 Valdosta, Georgia, Store Manager Hal

TO: Wal-Mart President/CEO Mr. Duke, Walton’s Family, Board of Directors, The Walton’s Family Members
702 Southwest 8th Street
Bentonville, AR 72716

As a consumer who cares about working people, I am deeply troubled by Walmart's history with workers. And I am a victim of Wal-Mart unfair treatment and my questions have been ignored for too long by two Presidents and Board of Directors.

Walmart has engaged in unionbusting activities and attempts to defeat the Employee Free Choice Act - a bill that would level the playing field for workers who want to form a union and improve their lives.

Walmart posts billions in revenue, yet when workers have tried to form a union to negotiate for better wages and working conditions, they have faced threats, intimidation, and even firings.

Mr. Duke, you have a great opportunity to create a new legacy for Walmart, one that involves mutual respect, negotiations in good faith, and fair wages and working conditions for the workers who make Walmart so profitable.

I was wrongfully terminated from Wal-Mart Store #2615 in Valdosta, Georgia on Marach 20, 2008, and was never entered into the four week required training program established by Wal-Mart Department Managers. Moreover Wal-Mart Store Manager nor Wal-Mart President and CEO ever answer my VALID QUESTIONS concerning my wrongful termination from store #2615 with Store Manager Hal.

I no longer shop at Wal-Mart nor my family members living in Atlanta and will not until Wal-Mart Stores Inc. answer my questions. I have been active in getting other people not to shop until I am treated as an American Citizens and not as workers in China or in some other third world nation. See my blog on Wal-Mart wrongful termination and how Wal-Mart treat their workers at Store #2615 here in Valdosta, Georgia.

I shall never never stop my quest for proper treatment until a valid look is done into my complaints concerning my wrongful termination and questions are answered.

I will wait your timely response to my valid questions presented to Wal-Mart for well over a year without answers.

I hope you'll seize this opportunity to restore the credibility to mistreated members so we can return to Wal-Mart as customers.

Sincerely,
